If you’ve spent any time at all in Grand Cayman, chances are you’ve heard about Soca dancing. Soca is a dance genre that originated in Trinidad and Tobago from Calypso music. If you’ve been out club hopping in GC or anywhere in the Caribbean, you’ve seen people dancing their hearts out to the pounding Soca beat. Powerhouse Gym in Grand Cayman offers a Soca Aerobics class that will teach you some sweet Soca moves while burning off fat and calories.

Soca Aerobics is a high jumping, flag waving. waistline wiggling, feet stomping riot. Strengthen muscles and get your heart rate up by taking soca aerobics.

Join the fun! Move your body to the pounding Soca beat while getting in shape.  Soca Aerobics takes place every Wednesday evening 7:30 PM-8:30 PM with Anthony, who knows a thing or two about soca dance moves.
