Ladies, here is my #1 rule about splurging: make sure it’s worth it. Don’t waste a high calorie splurge on junk. We’ve all given in to an impulse like a jumbo bag of peanut M & Ms at the checkout counter and five minutes later we wished we hadn’t. Why not save splurges for treats that are truly amazing and worth every single calorie? I’m talking New York Cheesecake, creme brulee, real Italian gelato, and anything including Godiva chocolate. In the Cayman Islands, there are many splurge-worthy sweets out to choose from, including truffles from Cayman Taffy, Sticky Toffee Pudding from Calypso Grill, a slice of warm Tortuga Rum Cake drizzled heavy cream, and any flavor of ice cream from Cayman Traditions.
