Just open up the Cayman Compass newspaper and a dizzying array of options will present themselves to anyone seeking a post-church Easter meal.

My personal recommendation for Easter 2009 is the Easter Sunday Brazilian Brunch at Prime Steakhouse. Anyone familiar with Prime knows that this establishment is a world-class restaurant that understands the concept of Churrascaria-style dining.
