Deanna Smith is a Certified Stott Pilates Instructor, certified kinesiologist and certified exercise physiologist with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. Originally from Canada, Deanna’s health and fitness experience is a unique combination of traditional exercise, pilates and rehabilitation training. Her Bachelor of Kinesiology emphasized the scientific approach to health, physical activity and rehabilitation.

Deanna’s experience working along side physiotherapists and chiropractors in Canada has given her a unique and specilized exercise knowledge base. She has extensive experience training clients with specialized needs including pre/post surgery patients, low back pain sufferers, motor vehicle accident victims, heart disease and stroke patients, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and diabetic populations, pre and post natal women, the elderly and children.

Deanna trains out of ”Energy”, a unique 2000 sq foot fitness studio located at Cricket Square. Energy’s fully equiped Pilates apparatus room is the only one of its kind in the Cayman Islands and also boasts a large hardwood floor studio space for classes, small group and private training which is fully equipped with a variety of strength training equipment. She is also available for mobile training.

Energy’s exclusive private studio setting allows Deanna access to a private space to train her clients and use of both traditional and pilates equipment. This allows her the opportunity to design exciting and uniquely specialized programs for her clients. So whether you are starting to exercise for the first time, worried about injuries or just need that extra motivation to get going, Deanna’s professional and personal dedication to your success will translate into a first rate, personalized fitness program just for you!

She was awarded the UK Fitness Instructor of the Year award, has a book and three videos to her credit and is featured in the book “The Best of British Women”. Linda was an international presenter, lecturer, examiner and master trainer before relocating to the Cayman Islands.

Beach Fitness is a 4 week program consisting of 3 weekly classes designed to work together for maximum results for only $80 per month !
·         Day 1:  hit the cardio session with boxing & kick boxing.
·         Day 2 : sculpt and tone with resistance training.
·         Day 3 : strengthen and stretch while working on essential core muscles with the art of yoga and Pilates.
Classes are held at two locations:
Calicos public beach West Bay-Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5.30am
Spotts Dock near Savannah – Tuesday/Thursdays 5.30am
Please note: The third class will only be held at Public beach due to the use of the of the beautiful canvas of the beach itself for the final holistic class.

Zumba (pronounced ZOOM-buh) is a style of intense, dance style aerobics set to the pulse of Latin tunes. Over one million Americans have joined the Zumba revolution.
