Joel Walton, an expert in agriculture and farming (and a truly passionate person regarding all growing things) is the owner of Plantation House Organic Gardens. I had the great honor of visiting Plantation House last year, learning about tropical plants from Joel, and snacking on sun-warmed fruits as we wandered among the gardens, fountains, nurseries, ponds, and other wonders at his amazing agri-tourism setting.

There is good news for Cayman residents: the bounty from Plantation House Organic Gardens is now available weekly! There are three ways to get your produce.
